The St. James Senior Center is proud to announce Margie McNamara as the April Volunteer of the Month. McNamara is celebrated for her dedication, experience, and the warmth she brings to the community.
With more than 20 years of experience owning and operating her own restaurant, she now shares her culinary talents in the Senior Center kitchen. Whether she is preparing meals or offering support wherever needed, her skill, reliability, and upbeat attitude make her an invaluable member of the Senior Center team.
Beyond her volunteer work, McNamara enjoys staying active and engaged. She can often be found playing cards, participating in lively games of BINGO, or crocheting during her free time. Looking ahead, she plans to spend more cherished time with her family.
The St. James Senior Center serves delicious, homecooked lunches from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. Community members can view current menus and activities schedule on the Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/stjamesseniorcenter.
