Melvin “Ted” Theodore Zucker was born on Oct. 3, 1949 and passed away on Dec. 29, 2025 at the age of 76 years.
He was a proud Marine Veteran, dedicating a significant portion of his life to serving his country.
He enjoyed reading about world history, with a particular emphasis on WWII. He was an avid collector of WWII miniature figures, including soldiers, tanks, planes, and ships. He enjoyed films that focused on WWII or Sci-Fi themes.
Known for his deep and soothing voice, he was a real people person who never met a stranger and could carry on a conversation with anyone. His voice was even featured in some small radio commercials.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clark and Georgia Zucker.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Bernadette Zucker; daughter, Jill Ramirez and husband Ricardo; grandchildren, Judah, Elijah, Ezra, and Malachi; brother, David Zucker; other relatives and friends.
Celebration of life was held Sunday, Jan. 3, 2026.
