The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest at 12:55 p.m. Nov. 1 in Phelps County of a Belle man, 24, on a felony probation absconder warrant.
Being held without bond in the Phelps County Jail is Levi H. Robertson. He was also wanted on a felony Gasconade County warrant alleging a probation violation. Belle police also had a misdemeanor warrant out for his arrest on allegations of a public peace violation.
Being held without bond in the Crawford County Jail was a Steelville man, 56. Steven L. Volner was taken into custody at 8:09 a.m. Oct. 31 on a felony probation/parole warrant.
Arrested and released following his arrest at 12:56 a.m. Nov. 2 was Andrew J. Jaegers, 19, Linn, on allegations of being a minor visibly intoxicated and having a blood alcohol content above 0.02-percent as a first offense. The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Jaegers in Gasconade County.
The MSHP in Crawford County reports the arrest at 11:09 p.m. Nov. 1 of Marty W. Calkins, 48, Cuba, on allegations of driving while intoxicated on alcohol and failure to have auxiliary lights. He was transported to the Cuba police department for booking and later released.
A Freeburg man, Bradley C. Wagner, 48, was arrested by the MSHP in Cole County at 11:17 a.m. Nov. 2 on allegations of driving while revoked and a Maries County warrant alleging failure to appear in court on a driving while suspended or revoked case. He was transported to the Cole County Jail in Jefferson City on the bondable offenses.
