Nancy Renee White was born on Jan. 5, 1947 in Waverly, Iowa to Glenn and Dorothy (Walsh) Phelps and passed away July 17, 2026 at the age of 79 years.
In her younger years, she developed a love of horses and was an avid barrel racer.
She enjoyed tending to her garden and watering her flowers, especially her Blue Bell flowers.
She was a member of golf courses in both Rolla and St. James.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Glenn Phelps Jr.; and sisters, Judy Zander and Patricia Keeran.
She is survived by her husband, Dennis White of St. James, Missouri; children, Jeff Broadaway, Kelly Mitchell and husband Brandon of Arlington, Texas, Charlie McNeill of Chandler, Arizona, Michael McNeill and wife Kelli of Searcy, Arkansas, Casey Morris and wife Melissa of Rolla, Missouri, Vicki White Davolt and husband Brian Watt and Mellissa White Balkin and husband Rick; grandchildren, Darah Broadaway of Missouri, Tiffany Broadaway of Missouri, Kyle Broadaway of Missouri, Howard Broadaway of St. James, Missouri, Starla Broadaway of St. James, Missouri, Michael McNeill of Branson, Missouri, Ramsay McNeill of Arizona, Mitchell McNeill of Arkansas, Jacob Corpier and wife Brittnay, Ian McNeill of Searcy, Arkansas, Shawn Morris, Alissa Morris, Alysha Morris, Colby, Parker, Conor, and Emeline, Abigail Balkin, Gabriela Balkin and Isabel Balkin; 20 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Celebration of Life will be held from 2-6 p.m. on Saturday, September 5, 2026 at Oak Meadow Country Club in Rolla, Missouri.
