The General Assembly has approved a wide-ranging military and veterans measure, sending HB 2593 to the governor to expand protections, benefits, and opportunities for those who serve.
The legislation strengthens legal protections for Missouri National Guard members by extending key safeguards to those called to active state duty for more than 30 days, ensuring they are protected in employment and legal matters while serving.
