To the residents of Phelps County and the legal community of the 25th Judicial Circuit, after prayer and reflection, I have decided not to file for re-election as Associate Circuit Judge for Phelps County in this year's election. My current four-year term is scheduled to end December 31, 2026.
For over eleven years I have had the privilege of serving the people of Phelps County as judge, an honor for which I will always be grateful. At work I am reminded daily of the mission of our courts – to resolve disputes, apply the law and ensure fairness for each person in court.
I am thankful for the support and encouragement given me through the years by my family, court staff, fellow judges and attorneys, and the people of Phelps County.
To my friends and neighbors in Phelps County, I appreciate the privilege that you have given me to serve you.
