Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop I reported a two-vehicle crash at 11:25 a.m. on Feb. 13 in Crawford County on Old Highway 66 near Cedar Pointe Drive.
The crash occurred when a Salem man, 24, driving a 2015 Honda Civic and traveling eastbound, was making a left-hand turn and was struck by a Sullivan woman, 62, traveling westbound in a 2017 Jeep Cherokee.
She suffered minor injuries and was transported by private conveyance to Missouri Baptist Hospital in Sullivan. The scene was investigated by Trooper M.T. Baird.
