Patricia Lee Frees of Cuba, Missouri was born Feb. 21, 1944 in Abilene, Texas to Armand and Blanche (Price) DeMargel and passed away Thursday, Aug. 6, 2026 at the age of 82 years.
She married Rodney E. Frees on Jan. 17, 1984 in Steelville, Missouri.
She enjoyed farming and taking care of her animals and going along with Rod to buy cars and fixing them up. She loved to go to flea markets and traveling in their RV.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Armand and Blanche DeMargel; and brother, Paul DeMargel.
She is survived by her husband, Rod Frees of Cuba, Missouri; daughter, Julie Doyle and husband Shannon of Owensville, Missouri; sister, Joan Gurski of Bushnell, Florida; and sister-in-law, Kateri DeMargel of Chesterfield, Missouri.
Private graveside service was held Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2026 at Licklider Cemetery in Cuba, Missouri.
