Penny Lynn Brown of St. James, Missouri was born on Feb. 14, 1964 in Rolla, Missouri to James and Doris (Ellis) Brown and passed away on April 7, 2026 at the age of 62 years.
She enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing bingo, going to St Louis Cardinal games and spending time with friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Brown.
She is survived by her mother, Doris Brown of St James, Missouri; brother, Jim Brown and wife Vicky of St James, Missouri; sons, Kenneth Ragan of St. James, Missouri and Brad West of St. James, Missouri; daughter, Donna Eickhorst and husband Tom of Devils Elbow, Missouri; grandsons, Scott Hill Jr. and Abby of Waynesville, Missouri, Kyle Hill and Sarah of Rolla, Missouri and Brayden West of Rolla, Missouri; granddaughter, Briley West of Rolla, Missouri; uncle, Dennis Brown of St. James, Missouri; great grandsons, Laiklin and Jaxton Hill of Waynesville, Missouri; special friends, Larry Armistead of St. James, Missouri, Jerry Hammer of Troy, Missouri and David Forester of Newburg, Missouri.
