He is survived by his mother, Sandra Crawford of Waynesville, Missouri, two brothers, Don Crawford (Nancy) of Waynesville, Missouri and Steven Crawford (Jean) of St. Louis, Missouri; nephews and niece, Coty (Amber) of Springfield, Missouri and Patrick and Lily of St. Louis, Missouri; other relatives and friends.
