In a recent edition of the Steelville Star, we read claims that Bernie Sanders is a communist and hates this country, that the Democratic Socialists of America has taken over the Democratic party, and socialist elites are the top earners in the county.
May I suggest you, the reader, take a few minutes to check out these claims and see for yourself. Look at the actual policies and claims being presented by the Democratic party and compare them to what you are experiencing in your own life. Do you believe the current political policies are giving you a better life? Keep in mind that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said: “I believe that every American should have stable, dignified housing; health care; education - that the most very basic needs to sustain modern life should be guaranteed in a moral society.” and ask yourself if you agree.
Remember that one needs to use critical thinking when reading opinions, including mine. And one needs to search for accurate facts. But if you review multiple sources from both sides of the aisle, you may be amazed at what you find.
