The community is getting back to normal after last week. Our Thanksgiving dinner is tonight so if you missed it, you missed out on a good meal. We always have a lot of good food for it. I don't know how many deer hunters will be there. We always invite them since they are in the woods and camped out. We have several that come every year.

Our furnace went out on us and after a week it finally got fixed. It is so old they have trouble getting the parts for it. Mel was cold and I had to get his heating blanket out for the bed. He is a happy camper now since it is fixed.

Some of our boys came down to hunt last weekend and they are back this weekend. Hope they get them a deer. They have seen several but can't seem to get a shot at them.

Ron and Kathy are doing pretty well. They are keeping busy outside doing things that was left undone since Sara was sick. Pam is trying to sort things out at home also. Please keep them all in your prayers.

Mel and I made it to Bible study this week. We are studying the Book of Acts and it sure is interesting.

I had to put my truck in the repair shop last week and got it back Thursday. It sure looks great without the dents in the front fender and scratch on the door. Nothing serious but just wanted it to look good. Wilson's did a fantastic job.

Hope everyone has a great and safe Thanksgiving. God bless America and remember our troops and their families. Please continue to pray for our country and leaders.
