Those qualified should file in person with the board secretary at 122 E Scioto Street, St James.
Filing starts at 8 a.m. on Dec. 9 and ends at 5 p.m. on Dec. 30 at the Administration Building.
The district office will be closed from Monday, Dec. 22, through Dec. 29 for the holidays, during which time filing will not be available. Filing will not be accepted on days that the district is closed due to intermittent weather.
