The St. James Senior Center is announcing its annual Community Health Fair, scheduled for Saturday, April 18 from 10 a.m. to noon. This free event welcomes individuals of all ages to explore resources, services and information designed to support healthier living.

This year’s Health Fair will feature a wide range of wellness opportunities, including preventive health education, chronic disease management resources, and connections to local organizations dedicated to improving community well‑being. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn strategies for maintaining overall health and discover supportive services available throughout the region.

The St. James Senior Center is also inviting health care providers, wellness professionals and community health organizations to participate in this event. Providers are encouraged to host informational tables, offer screenings, share educational materials, or present services that promote physical, mental or social well‑being. Participation helps strengthen community health awareness and expands access to valuable resources.
