We have worked with Equipping the Harvest Ministries from Potosi, Missouri for over 25 years to collect and deliver toys and hygiene items to the children in the poorest areas of Baja, Mexico.
This work takes an entire year from start to finish with the goal of having the items in place in the orphanages and churches by Christmas.
Many items are also taken into the streets to give away to those children who live in these areas.
We have personally known of many instances where an entire family has cleaned up their lives because these donations have put them in contact with people who show that someone does truly care for them.
This work has grown tremendously over the years. It started with just a few toys and last year we delivered over 5,600 items. Small items are best such as balls, dolls, toy cars, jump ropes, etc. Just remember that they don’t know English. Hygiene items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. are also great.
We will be leaving here in early October 2026 and will personally deliver to the Mexicali, Mexico area.
If you or your group would like to help, please contact us and we will gladly pick up anything donated.
Any monetary donations to assist in transportation of these items are greatly appreciated and 100 percent tax deductible.
We are available personally to speak to your church or group as well and can be reached at 573-205-9130.
Thank you and may God bless you.
