Travis Shane Hagemeier of Viburnum, Missouri, formerly of Davisville, Missouri, was born on Tuesday, May 5, 1987 in Fredericktown, Missouri to William "Shane" Hagemeier and Candace Lynn Drew and passed away Friday, Jan. 2, 2026 at the age of 38 years, 7 months and 28 days.
He attended Viburnum Schools and graduated with the Class of 2005, staying active in track, baseball and basketball.
He worked as a heavy equipment operator for Doe Run in Viburnum and he was a member of the Eagles Club.
He enjoyed hot rod trucks, hunting, side-by-side riding, firing up the grill for a good BBQ, country music playing in the background and a cold beer shared with friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leland and Juanita Hagemeier and Douglas Drew.
He is survived by his children, Travis Carter Hagemeier and Holley Anne Hagemeier both of Viburnum, Missouri; father, William “Shane” Hagemeier of Davisville, Missouri; mother, Candace Foshee of Dillard, Missouri; step-mother of Victoria Gill of Pevely, Missouri; grandmother, Sandy Drew of Lansing, Michigan; brothers, Calvin Hagemeier (Kayla Kissilov) of Davisville, Missouri, Tyler Eaton of Ironton, Missouri and Zackary Eaton of Viburnum, Missouri; sister, Alexandra (Joshua) Stieren of St. Louis, Missouri; other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 8, 2026 at Hutson Funeral Home in Steelville, Missouri.
Funeral service was held at noon on Friday, Jan. 9, 2026 at Hutson Funeral Home in Steelville, Missouri with Bro. Dan Paul officiating.
Burial at the Hagemeier family cemetery in Davisville, Missouri.
