There isn't much in Davisville Missouri (nicknamed Pucky Huddle). There are no stores, no US Post Office, no city hall, not even a stop sign.
However, there is one thing they have plenty of and that is community spirit. The Christmas Festival on December 6 was a joyful celebration of community and holiday spirit. Guests were treated to wonderful live entertainment, including festive guitar playing by Rodney Baker, beautiful violin melodies from Mitch Davis, and lively sing-along led by Robert and Mike Morton.
The food received rave reviews—especially the smoked turkey and homemade stuffing—and Judy Gander’s handmade pies, from cherry and apple to pecan and blackberry cobbler, were a true highlight.
Tammy Watcher, owner of Davisville Heritage Hall, commented, “Thanks to the generosity and participation of everyone who attended, we were able to raise funds that will help us move closer to our roof replacement goal.”
The Davisville Heritage Hall, under the stewardship of Pucky Huddle Preservation, welcomes visitors and is committed to preserving the treasured landmark as a beacon of community spirit and celebration.
Heritage Hall is located at 194 State Hwy V, Davisville, MO 65456. For more information on donating or renting the venue to create your own memories please visit www.DavisvilleHeritageHall.com call 314-221-1408 or email Tammy@PuckyHuddlePreservation.org
