Zarah Taylor “Tay Tay” Renee Edson-Durham was born July 2, 2024 and passed away July 31, 2026 at the age of two years.
She had a contagious smile and infectious laugh. Zarah showered loved ones with countless hugs and kisses.
She delighted in the company of her baby dolls and playing for hours with her siblings and cousins. She was drawn to dogs and cats. Zarah’s fascination with shoes was legendary among those close to her—not content with only her own collection, she had a curiosity for everyone else’s as well.
She loved of books and was always eager for story time and ready to listen and learn.
She was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Leroy and Ovia Marie McGinnis, Dennis Durham and Thomas Mull; and great-uncles, Jack McGinnis and Kimmie McGinnis.
She is survived by her parents, Tiffany M. Edson and Ronald J. Durham of Steelville, Missouri; siblings, Alexis Quest, Corey Durham, Christopher Durham, Matthew Durham, Aubrey Mehas, Collin Edson, Jemma Edson, Delaney Edson, Liam Edson, Malachi Edson, Ella Bowen and Rosaleigh Edson; grandparents, Michele (Kevin) Harmon and Judy Mull; great grandparents, Zella, Jim (Margaret) Harmon; aunt, Katy Soto; cousins, Titus and Millie Soto; other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 8, 2026 at Church of Christ in Cuba, Missouri.
Interment followed at Kinder Cemetery in Cuba, Missouri.
Arrangements under the direction of the Mizell Funeral Home & Crematory in Cuba, Missouri.
