Barbara Ann (nee Pfeiffer) Vaughan was born on July 6, 1941 in St. Louis, Missouri to William John and Agatha Johanna Clara (nee Bax) Pfeiffer and passed away October 4, 2025 at the age of 84 years.
She attended Corpus Christy Catholic School in St. Louis, Missouri and after the family moved to Cuba, Missouri, she attended Holy Cross School and then Crawford County R-2 High School.
She married Lee Vaughan.
She worked at Presbyterian Manor Nursing Home in Rolla for many years and then Phelps County Hospital.
She loved visiting the Branson area and spending time with her sisters.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Vaughan; and daughter, Leisa Ann Vaughan.
She is survived by two sons, Terry Vaughan Jr. and wife Jill of Shell Knob, Missouri and Kirk Steven Vaughan of Rolla, Missouri; granddaughter, Ambria Nichole Vaughan; two brothers, Bob Pfeiffer and wife Sandy of Sullivan, Missouri and Eugene Pfeiffer of Cuba, Missouri; two sisters, Jeanette Douglas and husband Roland of Branson West, Missouri and Ellen Doyle and husband Paul of Cuba, Missouri; other relatives and friends.
