Grady Allen Davis of St. James, Missouri was born August 19, 2009 in Rolla, Missouri to Dusty Duane and Candace Rene (Dover) Davis and passed away Monday, September 29, 2025 at the age of 16 years.
Grady loved playing baseball for the St. James Tigers. He worked hard improving his skill each practice to help get the win for his team.
He enjoyed riding four wheelers, gaming with his friends and playing whiffle ball. He had an eye for design at an early age; he could build amazing designs with his many sets of Legos.
Grady was a patriot, was proud to share his love for his country and he took advantage of every opportunity to learn about his country. Using his artistic talents and his love for his country, he created an American flag out of wood.
Grady is survived by his parents, Dusty and Candace Davis of St. James, Missouri; brother, Elijah Theodore Davis of St. James, Missouri; sister, Addyson Michelle Davis of St. James, Missouri; grandparents, Tammy Jackson of Fordland, Missouri, Katherine Dover of Rolla, Missouri and Glenn Dover of Warsaw, Missouri; aunts, Shannon Rector (Travis) of Owensville, Missouri and Tiffany Wright (Ely) of Rogersville, Missouri; uncle, Jeremy Davis (Amy) of Rogersville, Missouri; cousins, Tyler Dover (Meghan), Alyssa Bertram (Nick), Lily Barker, Ella Barker, Kara Wright, Josie Wright, Calvin Wright, Hunter Davis, Levi Matthews, and Anthony Matthews; other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday, October 6, 2025 at Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Missouri.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Monday, October 6, 2025 at Jones Funeral Home with Jamie Rinehart officiating. Pallbearers were Dusty Davis, Elijah Davis, Jeremy Davis, Tyler Dover, Ely Wright and Travis Rector. Honorary pallbearers were Monty Turner and Tyler Ray.
Burial in the St. James Cemetery in St. James, Missouri.
