Kenneth E. "Kenny" Wenzel was born on July 15, 1950 and passed away on August 8, 2026 at the age of 76 years.
From an early age, he worked on the family farm and then worked with Proctor Shoe in Bourbon, before moving on to the Industrial Wire Company, and ultimately retiring from McGinnis Wood Products.
In his younger years, he looked forward to deer hunting. Kenny enjoyed cutting grass and watching western movies, especially anything starring John Wayne.
He was preceded in death by his father, Earnest Wenzel; mother, Thelma Wenzel; and brothers, Bobby, Ronnie and Gary Wenzel.
He is survived by his sisters, Karen Wenzel, Shirley Peterson and Sue Wenzel; brother, Jimmy Wenzel; sister-in-law, Ann Wenzel; other relatives and friends.
Graveside service was held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at Lick Creek Cemetery in Cuba, Missouri.
