Linda Sue Mannon of Bourbon, Missouri was born January 14, 1947 in Shirley, Arkansas to Rufus James Huggins & Muriel (Williams) Huggins and passed away, on Sunday, October 19, 2025 at the age of 78 years.
She was united in marriage to Clarence Mannon.
Linda worked for many years as a quality control inspector for Seigel Roberts Plating Company in St. Louis, Missouri.
She loved spending time outside tending to her garden.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Rufus James and Muriel Huggins; husband, Clarence Mannon; one son, Melvin Mannon; four siblings, William Huggins Sr., James (Linda) Huggins, Wendell Huggins and Eileen Blair.
She is survived by her son, James (Christine) Mannon of Jackson, Missouri; grandson, Neal Mannon of Illinois; sister-in-law, Deloris Huggins of Bourbon, Missouri; other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held from 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at Mizell Funeral Home & Crematory in Cuba, Missouri.
Funeral service was held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at Mizell Funeral Home & Crematory in Cuba, Missouri with Pastor Don Martin as the clergy.
Burial was held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri.
