Phyllis Joan (Harris) Kendall of Rolla, Missouri was born on September 9, 1933 in Freemont, Nebraska to Guy Shelby Palmer and Helen (Gudgel) Palmer and passed away Saturday, September 26, 2026 at the age of 93 years.
She was a faithful member of the 10th Street Baptist Church in Rolla, Missouri.
She enjoyed quilting, cooking, gardening and canning. She also enjoyed traveling and making memories on family trips and vacations.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Elmer Harris; son, Warren Harris; and brother, Russell Palmer.
She is survived by her husband, Edward Kendall of Rolla, Missouri; son, Duane Harris and wife Diana of Jefferson City, Missouri; sister, Waunita Davidson of Bluff City, Kansas; three grandchildren, Clint Harris and wife Erica of Mountain Grove, Missouri, Brandy Shupp of Fleetwood Pennsylvania and Brittany Harris Conway of St. James, Missouri; five great grandchildren, Logan Harris, Gracie Harris, Sophia Ogden, Jonathan Messex, Bryce Harris; other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held from 10-11 a.m. on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at the Null and Son Funeral Home in Rolla, Missouri.
Funeral service was held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at the Null and Son Funeral Home in Rolla, Missouri.
Interment followed in the Ozark Hills Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
