Ronald Gene Williams of St. James, Missouri was born January 26, 1961 in Washington, Missouri to Clyde Thomas and Esther Marion (Coleman) Williams and passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at the age of 65 years.
He married Marilyn Jones on April 1, 2001 in St. James, Missouri.
Ron loved his truck and equipping it for off-roading.
He enjoyed playing the harmonica, electric and acoustic guitars as well as singing along.
He worked for Feeler Service Company for several years. He also helped them on their farm.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Karen Ruess; brother, Russell Williams; and brothers-in-law, Charlie Scherer and Mike Ruess.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Williams of St. James, Missouri; son, Michael Williams of Union, Missouri; daughters, Tabetha Sheaver (Matt) of Allenton, Missouri and Kaitlyn Jones of St. James, Missouri; brothers, Russell, Tommy (Gail), Bryan (Donna) and Bobby (Dawn) Williams; sisters, Gail Mefford (Harvey), Judy Blacksmith (Ron) and Janice Scherer; six grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Missouri.
Funeral service was held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at Jones Funeral Home with Pastor Mick Thrasher officiating. Pallbearers were Michael Williams, William G. Dotson III, Lee Mefford, Cory Branson, Major Way and Emmy Way.
Burial in the Wishon Cemetery.
