Bourbon will be hosting its annual Fall Festival on Sept. 18, with the 9th Annual Car Show taking place the following day. The Fall Festival is organized by the Bourbon Boosters, and the car show is organized by the Bourbon Economic Development Group (BEDG).
Festivities begin at 6 p.m. on Sept. 18 with a parade with the theme Happy Birthday Route 66 and U.S.A.
Lineup begins at the Bourbon Elementary School parking lot at 5:15 p.m. It will then go east down Pine Street.
Following the parade, there will be vendors, food and drinks, activities for the kids, the Junior Miss Pageant and live music in the area surrounding the Bourbon Community Center.
On Sept. 19, the Bourbon Economic Development Group (BEDG) is hosting its 9th Annual Bourbon Car Show on Pine Street from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dan Gray, of the BEDG, said during an interview on KTUI that over 130 participants are expected to attend with classic cars in 21 different categories. There will also be vendors, a 50/50 raffle and an event shirt.
Saturday also features the 2026 Meramec Gravel Bicycle Race, which includes 20K, 50K and 100K distance options.
